Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate resources including materials, equipment, and personnel across project phases
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality standards and safety compliance
- Manage project documentation including permits, contracts, and progress reports
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
