Are you a detail-oriented IT professional with a passion for delivering high-impact technological solutions? Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager L2 to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project Manager L2, you will leverage your expertise in project management methodologies to drive operational excellence. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage cross-functional communication, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure our IT solutions provide maximum value to our clients. We are looking for a leader who can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and inspire team members to achieve project milestones.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in IT project management or IT solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Technical proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure project workflows.
