Are you an accomplished Licensed Civil Engineer with a proven track record in marine-port construction? J.C. Piñon Construction Inc., a respected leader in the Philippine construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee our high-stakes infrastructure projects based in Plaridel, Quezon.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of project lifecycles from initiation to closeout. Your primary mission is to ensure seamless planning, rigorous execution, and meticulous completion of marine-port and heavy civil projects. You will be the strategic driver behind resource allocation, budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of marine-port and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Monitor project progress, track performance against KPIs, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost targets.
- Enforce rigorous quality control and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years specifically in marine-port or waterfront infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets exceeding PHP 50 million.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations pertaining to marine and civil works.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Plaridel, Quezon, and conduct regular site visits.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government or large-scale private infrastructure contracts.
