Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for M&E/ACMV installations
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control measures
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve technical issues promptly
- Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
- Manage documentation, reporting, and contract administration processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E/ACMV project management experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of M&E/ACMV systems and industry best practices
- Professional certification (PMP, CEng) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
