We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects in Jakarta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that optimize methods, costs, schedules, and organizational structures to achieve project objectives efficiently. This role requires fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with international stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across diverse teams.
You will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining strict adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, balancing technical expertise with strong leadership to drive successful project outcomes while fostering collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Monitor progress and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage stakeholder communications through regular status updates and presentations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead project documentation and reporting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Experience managing construction projects in Jakarta
