We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they align with our clients' strategic goals and operational standards. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final handover, while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction crews, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to identify potential risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction, real estate, or engineering sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
- Familiarity with project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
