Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, from planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, engineering regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing mechanical systems and complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
