Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-lifecycle MEP project delivery for data centers and facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Resolve technical conflicts and implement corrective actions
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of MEP project management experience in data centers/facilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Certification in PMP or similar project management methodology
- Experience with Malaysian building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
