Are you a highly organized IT professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? Anabatic Technologies is looking for a skilled Project Manager Operational IT to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical strategy and operational execution, ensuring that our IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our organizational objectives.
As a Project Manager within our IT operations division, you will oversee complex infrastructure and software initiatives, managing cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the IT development lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Optimize operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing technical solutions.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in IT operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
