Project Manager, Physical Security Systems Integration

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Physical Security Systems Integration projects across the APAC region. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage large-scale security technology deployments for multinational clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management of physical security systems integration, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Conduct site assessments and develop integration plans tailored to client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and security standards.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage risk mitigation.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and project estimates.
• Travel regionally to oversee installations and build client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in physical security systems integration.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, ACS, IDS, PSIM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally (APAC) up to 30%.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Singapore and APAC markets.
