As a Project Manager (Pre-Opening), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all pre-opening activities. Your expertise will ensure that we meet our ambitious timeline and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and exceptional guest experience.
Working closely with architects, contractors, and various stakeholders, you will manage resources, budgets, and schedules to bring this visionary project to life. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in construction project management, particularly in the leisure and hospitality sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all pre-opening activities for the Apex Sports Village project
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or hospitality
- Proven track record of managing pre-opening or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable
