- Plan, coordinate, and execute precast component delivery and site operations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless integration
- Oversee quality control measures for precast components and installation processes
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards on construction sites
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders and management
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and installation techniques
- Certified Project Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
