Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively
- Lead cross-functional teams including contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost optimization strategies
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management/engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- PMP or CIOB certification highly desirable
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with competing priorities
