Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final delivery and handover.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and cash flow projections to ensure profitability and resource efficiency.
- Monitor site progress to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
- Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee the preparation of tender documents and manage the procurement process for professional services and construction works.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in property development or construction project management.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, planning regulations, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale developments, including high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction documentation.
