Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end property development projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government authorities
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in property development
- Proven track record delivering residential/commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
