Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for regulatory reporting workstreams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Compliance, to translate regulatory requirements into actionable project plans.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of current regulatory reporting processes to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular reporting on project milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
- Ensure that all reporting solutions comply with MAS guidelines and relevant financial international standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive effective change management for new reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in regulatory reporting, audit, or control functions within the financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of MAS regulatory reporting requirements and financial industry compliance frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for senior management.
- Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering and operational risk management.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis tools and reporting software.
