Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource planning to final delivery and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project goals.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive productivity and maintain high standards of technical output.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to optimize team workflows.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the construction or technical services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams across different time zones, specifically AEST.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello).
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, for client-facing communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
