PT Indobot Teknologi Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead our high-impact automation projects in Cikarang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical engineering teams and our clients, ensuring that sophisticated robotics solutions are delivered with precision, efficiency, and excellence.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial scope definition and strategic planning to technical execution and final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for robotics and industrial automation initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status reports and addressing technical concerns.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely acquisition of hardware and components.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure all systems meet safety and operational specifications before handover.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within industrial automation or robotics sectors.
- Solid understanding of PLC, SCADA, industrial robotics (ABB/Fanuc/Kuka), and control systems.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in ISO standards or factory safety regulations is a distinct advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
