Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for security infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and security specialists
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk mitigation measures
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in security or construction
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent security certification)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
