- Plan, execute, and monitor security system projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders
- Lead project teams, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
