Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for civil and environmental infrastructure? Nine Hundred Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) construction projects in the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang areas. This is a pivotal role for a professional looking to oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that our infrastructure solutions are delivered with precision, safety, and excellence.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing site teams, vendors, and regulatory requirements to ensure seamless project delivery within tight schedules and budgets. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of engineering and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans to avoid delays.
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
- Lead coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients to align on project objectives.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure stringent health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are upheld on all project sites.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and technical updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the construction or water infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of STP construction processes and wastewater treatment technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering plans and technical specifications.
- Valid CIDB green card and familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations.
