Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate site activities including material procurement, labor allocation, and equipment scheduling
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with technical drawings and safety regulations
- Manage project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders (clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies)
- Implement cost-control measures and maintain accurate project budgets
- Mentor site teams and ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or project coordination
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Certification in Construction Safety Management (e.g., WDA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and resolve on-site technical issues
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD)
