Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all site activities and engineering works to achieve project milestones
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures on construction sites
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
- Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment allocation
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site management or project supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and engineering principles
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
