Bhd. is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee construction operations, ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, sub-contractor coordination, and material procurement.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Resolve technical issues or site conflicts proactively to avoid project bottlenecks.
- Oversee quality control inspections and final handover documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in site management or project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale infrastructure or commercial building projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams and sub-contractors.
- Deep understanding of construction legal requirements, contracts, and safety protocols in Malaysia.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational excellence.
