Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and design implementation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
- Liaise effectively with clients to discuss project requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve any concerns.
- Address on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of construction materials, technical drawings, and blueprint interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid construction-related licenses (e.g., WSQ, WSH) and safety certifications are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is an added advantage.
