Are you an experienced construction professional seeking a leadership role in critical infrastructure? Pertama Makmur is inviting a highly skilled Project Manager (Slope Maintenance) to oversee vital slope rehabilitation and maintenance projects in Hulu Terengganu. In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of slopes while managing the full project lifecycle.
As the Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to execute slope maintenance strategies effectively. Your role involves conducting rigorous site inspections, analyzing geotechnical data, and implementing rehabilitation measures that comply with Malaysian Standards (MSMA) and JKR guidelines. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive slope maintenance and rehabilitation projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to monitor slope stability and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, technical specifications, and environmental protection policies.
- Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and allocation of human resources efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure project compliance.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, technical documentation, and change orders as required.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in slope maintenance and geotechnical engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional qualification or registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of slope stability analysis, drainage systems, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to remote project sites in Terengganu.
