We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (PM) to lead our smart warehouse EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in Malaysia. Our client is a prominent player in the region with established branches and key tenders in the pharmaceutical, warehousing, and supermarket sectors.
This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in smart warehouse systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of general contracting warehouse projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning to final handover.
- Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of EPC warehouse projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to meet project objectives.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict quality control measures and ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
- Resource Planning: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical experts to implement smart warehousing technologies.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of EPC warehouse projects in Malaysia.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in smart warehouse or EPC projects.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or retail distribution center projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and warehouse automation systems.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
