Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for steel construction projects, from planning to execution and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage project risks through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and maintain transparent reporting mechanisms
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in steel construction or heavy industrial projects
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and safety standards
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments
