Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of structural building projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to identify potential risks and mitigate issues promptly.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and project status updates to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 5.5-day work schedule.
