Sundart Engineering Services is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Structure) to join our dynamic team in Marina Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the structural engineering aspects of our diverse project portfolio. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can drive projects from conception to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will manage the full lifecycle of structural projects, coordinate with various departments, and ensure that all deliverables align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from the initial design phase through to final delivery and handover.
- Oversee the structural design process, ensuring all plans and calculations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation to clients and senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects and handling complex structural challenges.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
