Join YPTT Solutions Indonesia as a Project Manager for Structured Cabling and lead transformative infrastructure projects from conception to completion. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate complex cabling installations across commercial and industrial sites, ensuring seamless integration with network systems while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and safety protocols. Your expertise will drive project success through meticulous planning, resource optimization, and proactive risk mitigation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end structured cabling projects including planning, execution, and handover phases
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery within allocated constraints
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives and requirements
- Implement quality control measures and conduct thorough site inspections for compliance
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, budgets, and progress updates
- Foster client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structured cabling project management
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent technical qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on schedule and budget
- Deep knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC) and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communications
