In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, acting as a key ambassador to build and maintain professional relationships with prospective corporate clients.
As a Project Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, presenting our project solutions, and converting leads into valuable long-term partnerships. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable navigating corporate environments, confident in negotiations, and thrives in a target-driven setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to identify and engage potential corporate clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to closing the deal.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with the internal project team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar presentation tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with prospective clients in the Malang area and beyond.
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
