Join Hanston Properties Inc. as a Project Mechanical Engineer and lead critical infrastructure projects in Mandaluyong City. This pivotal role oversees the mechanical heart of commercial properties, ensuring seamless operation of air conditioning systems, water pumps, sewage treatment plants (STP), elevators, and generator sets (gensets). You'll be responsible for translating engineering blueprints into functional systems while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, project specifications, and construction timelines. Your expertise will directly impact building efficiency, occupant comfort, and regulatory compliance across our diverse portfolio.
As a key technical leader, you'll coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex mechanical challenges. The position requires proactive system monitoring, preventive maintenance planning, and rapid troubleshooting to minimize operational disruptions. You'll document all mechanical processes, maintain compliance records, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation throughout project lifecycles. - Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, STP, elevators, and gensets
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of all mechanical infrastructure
- Prepare technical documentation including system schematics, maintenance logs, and compliance reports
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation for mechanical engineering components
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices for mechanical systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering for construction projects
- Proven expertise with HVAC systems, water pumps, sewage treatment plants, elevator maintenance, and generator sets
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Certification in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field preferred
