Ioda Academy, a division of PT Talenta Edukasi Sekumpul, is seeking an experienced Project Mentor to join our elite team for our upcoming Project Immersive program in Jakarta Selatan.
As a Project Mentor, you will act as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice. You won't just be teaching; you will be coaching cohorts of ambitious learners, providing industry-standard feedback, and guiding them through real-world PR simulations. This is a high-impact role designed for professionals who want to share their expertise, refine their leadership skills, and contribute to the growth of the local communications landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to students during their Project Immersive assignments.
- Evaluate student project outcomes based on real-world industry benchmarks and PR best practices.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and Q&A sessions focused on modern PR strategies.
- Offer constructive 1-on-1 feedback to improve student communication styles and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to update project modules with the latest industry trends.
- Monitor student progress and ensure professional milestones are met within the project timeline.
- Represent Ioda Academy as a subject matter expert in Public Relations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
- Proven track record of managing PR campaigns or high-level communication projects.
- Strong understanding of digital PR, social media management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentorship.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to commit to the structured timeline of the Project Immersive program.
