Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity 3D BIM models based on architectural and structural designs.
- Ensure all models adhere strictly to international BIM standards (LOD 300/400) and project-specific requirements.
- Perform regular model audits to ensure data accuracy, conflict detection, and clash resolution.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to streamline the design-to-construction workflow.
- Generate comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from the model.
- Participate in design coordination meetings to address constructability issues and propose technical solutions.
- Continuously refine modeling workflows to enhance productivity and reduce project delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling within a construction or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with international and local stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with BIM 360 or cloud-based collaboration platforms is highly desirable.
