Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary medical care and first aid to employees in compliance with occupational health standards.
- Monitor and record health trends and injury reports on-site to assist in safety planning.
- Coordinate with site safety officers to ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular health orientations, wellness checks, and site inspections to mitigate workplace risks.
- Maintain medical records, inventory of medical supplies, and ensure the clinic/first-aid station is fully equipped.
- Coordinate with local medical facilities for emergency referrals and medical evacuations when necessary.
- Promote health awareness programs and preventative care among project personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Must be a Licensed Nurse in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and DOLE requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a site-based/field environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle emergency situations with composure.
- Willingness to be assigned in Burgos, Ilocos Norte.
