SEOUL SNOW is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Officer to join our expanding construction team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that our infrastructure projects are executed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to timelines and budgets. You will bridge the gap between field teams and management, facilitating seamless communication and mitigating operational risks before they impact the bottom line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily project activities to ensure tasks are completed according to the established construction schedule.
- Monitor site progress, track milestones, and provide timely reports to senior management on project status and potential delays.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure material availability and labor efficiency.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety protocols, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work aligns with project specifications and blueprints.
- Resolve on-site operational issues by collaborating with stakeholders to find cost-effective and timely solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of project management software and construction documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- High level of technical proficiency in reading architectural plans and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating project risks.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and travel as needed for project requirements.
