Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules and maintenance cycles for elevator and lift systems.
- Liaise with field technicians and subcontractors to monitor project progress and site readiness.
- Generate and process high-volume invoices and billing statements accurately and timely.
- Maintain comprehensive project files, including contracts, technical drawings, and safety certifications.
- Verify service reports and work orders against billing requirements to ensure no revenue leakage.
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and project status updates.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly project reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure all administrative procedures comply with ISO standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the construction or elevator industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding financial data and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Prior experience with billing systems or ERP software is highly advantageous.
