Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and minutes of meetings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Manage administrative tasks related to budget tracking and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or operations role within the construction industry.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
