Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end project activities to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication channels throughout project lifecycles
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and contingency planning
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, sales, and customer success teams
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in project operations, coordination, or customer success roles
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA, or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in IT/software project environments preferred
