Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction and renovation activities to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules
- Coordinate and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and high-standard work environment
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident logs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a site supervisor or similar role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction and renovation projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
