Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily M&E site activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, safety documentation, and compliance records
- Implement and monitor construction safety protocols to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Liaise between engineering teams, contractors, and clients to resolve project issues
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using construction management systems
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders through bilingual meetings and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in M&E site coordination or construction project support
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA/BCA standards)
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- Certification in First Aid or Construction Safety (advantageous)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Class 3 driving license (for site visits)
