Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and health screenings for all employees.
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses with a focus on occupational health.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Deliver health education seminars and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor workplace hygiene and safety standards to mitigate health risks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and statistical reports.
- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree.
- Valid and active Philippine Medical License (RM).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Health or General Practice.
- Deep understanding of occupational health laws, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient counseling and team collaboration.
- CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different corporate sites if required.
