Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation matrices
- Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans proactively
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project delays
- Prepare regular progress reports and budget variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project planning experience in construction or infrastructure
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to start immediately and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards
