Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for delays
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships for construction materials
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project planning
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and standards
