Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive construction project plans and schedules using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and site managers to optimize resource allocation and labor schedules.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, variance analysis, and forecast updates.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and subcontractors to align their schedules with project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) working as a Project Planner or Scheduler in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
