Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines using MS Project or Primavera P6 to ensure all milestones are met.
- Monitor daily construction progress and compare it against the baseline plan to identify any delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, including resource utilization and variance analysis, to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the procurement schedule to ensure materials and labor arrive on-site exactly when needed.
- Liaise with government agencies and clients to provide necessary documentation and project updates.
- Identify potential risks to the project schedule and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local regulations in the Rizal area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Civil Engineer) is a strong advantage.
