Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules and timelines for M&E works
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Prepare detailed progress reports, updates, and documentation for management and clients
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Implement planning strategies to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on planning matters
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling roles within construction/M&E
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management/planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of M&E systems and construction project lifecycle
- Experience with BIM or CAD software is advantageous
