Join Ria Busana as a Project Planning & Control Specialist and become the backbone of our construction projects. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring every milestone is achieved efficiently and within budget. You'll develop comprehensive project plans, create detailed resource allocation strategies, and maintain real-time progress tracking systems. Your expertise in budget estimation (RAB) will drive cost optimization, while your material pricing databases will ensure procurement accuracy. As a key decision-support partner, you'll deliver actionable insights through progress reports, enabling proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape complex construction projects while honing your expertise in project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and project schedules
- Create detailed project planning documents with milestones and deliverables
- Establish and maintain material pricing databases for accurate cost forecasting
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports with variance analysis
- Monitor project performance against baseline plans and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for schedule and budget deviations
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple project phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project planning/control
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Expertise in RAB preparation and cost estimation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
