Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms to maximize value for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Analyze market trends to optimize supply chain strategies and reduce costs.
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress to senior management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and procurement within a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost-benefit analysis.
